Cullinan Kitchen & Bath is led by a husband-and-wife team with over nine years of hands-on experience in construction — and a shared belief that the most-used spaces in a home deserve true craftsmanship, not shortcuts.

Victoria brings an engineer’s precision to every project. Trained in Brazil and experienced inside a large-scale furniture manufacturing operation, she ensures that no detail is overlooked. She is also the creative force behind designs that feel less “renovated” and more completely reimagined.

Fernando brings over 13 years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in school cabinetry — an environment where durability, precision, and consistency are non-negotiable. Over the years, he has contributed to more than 142 completed projects alongside trusted manufacturing partners.

Together, they form the core team behind Cullinan — personally involved in every project, from planning to final installation. This hands-on approach ensures consistency, accountability, and a level of care that larger, fragmented crews often can’t deliver.
