Which flooring categories does Cullinan work with?
Cullinan’s flooring scope includes tile, hardwood and luxury vinyl plank, with exact requirements defined for each project.
Why does subfloor preparation matter?
The finished floor depends on the condition and suitability of the surface beneath it. Preparation is evaluated as part of the scope.
How are transitions handled?
Transition points are considered alongside material thickness, direction and adjoining finishes.
Can flooring be part of a larger remodel?
Yes. Flooring can be coordinated with kitchen, bathroom or multi-space remodeling when included in the defined scope.
